I am Dr. Jeanine Ziade Abou Tacca.
I am a motivated, ambitious and a perseverant person who excellently manage her personal and her professional life with a healthy mental and psychological support and who is trying recently to secure her professional work to mention after with a long term goal.
Academically, I am a Psychotherapist - Psychologist for kids, teenagers, adults, couples, group therapy, APO, CBT, Art and Play Therapy, a college professor in the Lebanese University - faculty of Social Sciences and the founder and owner of an educational center entitled “ Multi Knowledge Center “ in Zahle.
I work with children, teenagers, adults and the elderly people who are affected by difficulties and different types of disorders such as depression, phobias, stress, anxiety, emotional and relationship problems, physical or psychosomatic disorders and behavioural problems.
Activities may include:
* performing therapy or CBT sessions in a controlled environment
* using verbal interaction to explore behaviour, attitudes and emotions
* helping clients to understand and address their inner conflicts.
* carrying out different forms of psychotherapy.
And as a Psychotherapist-Psychologist, my responsibilities are the following:
* Encouraging and reciprocating sustained openness.
* Uncovering clients' difficulties across emotional, relational, and behavioral spheres.
* Generating comprehensive treatment protocols.
* Discerning and addressing pertinent causal factors implicated in identified concerns.
* Altering internal distortions and providing regulatory guidance.
* Instituting fair and consistently reinforced boundaries.
* Forging trusting connections with reputable inpatient treatment facilities.
* Reporting clients' highly dangerous undertakings to the relevant authorities.
* Undergoing my own supervision, when needed.
Additionally, my “Clinical” Psychologist Responsibilities are:
* Making assessments and interpretations based on biopsychosocial evaluations, psychometric tests, semi-structured interviews, therapy sessions, and neuropsychological assessments.
* Collaborating with other healthcare providers to evaluate the medical and physical condition of clients.
* Formulating and creating personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for clients.
* Assessing clients' risk, considering their mental health and social needs when performing interventions.
* Interacting with clients and other parties regarding performing interventions.
* Employing various treatment methods such as psychotherapy, CBT, behavior modification, stress reduction therapy, and psychodrama.
* Measuring the effectiveness of interventions and implementing changes where required.
* Ensuring the maintenance and safe storage of accurate program and client records, and all other pertinent documents.
* Participating in clinical training seminars and mentoring assistant psychologists, psychology students, and interns on-site.
Furthermore, my aim is also to empower young students to achieve their academic and personal goals via opportunities for enhanced learning, interpersonal development, personal responsibility, leadership and teamwork.
On another hand, I adept in assessing the condition of students-patients, keeping record of progress, and suggesting powerful solutions. Committed to reinforcing positive feelings and behaviors and developing mental, emotional, and behavioral goals in collaboration with the students and teachers to pass through all their problems, dilemmas and traumas.
Practically, on February 2019, I founded the “Multi Knowledge Center” in Zahle, so I/with an elite group of instructors, can on one hand, empower students to achieve their academic and personal goals via opportunities for enhanced learning, interpersonal development, personal responsibility, leadership, and teamwork. On another hand, I adept in assessing the condition of students-patients, keeping record of progress, and suggesting powerful solutions. Committed to reinforcing positive feelings and behaviors and developing mental, emotional, and behavioral goals in collaboration with the students and teachers to pass through all their problems, dilemmas, and traumas.
For example, when a patient, student or a teacher from our staff is suffering from their negative perspectives, it’s life will be affected by pessimistic point of views, emotions and behaviors such as OCD disorders, facing the death of their beloved ones and the many more traumas as mentioned before, in consequence, it leads them to live in a reciprocal vicious circle. My duty is to interfere through my specific professional technical tools, through group therapy in common cases and help them break this cycle by seeing the world in a positive way and to let their feelings be affected by an optimistic view in parallel to their behaviors, feelings and reactions that will be upgraded willingly to be more accomodate and enjoying a healthy lifestyle while passing through the resilience stage and pulsing more courage to accept the things they can not control, to have faith in themselves, to work on their self-esteem and to finally make up with and move on all the traumas and disorders they faced and passed through.
In conclusion, looking forward to be a successful part of this well-known community and to add in all it’s sectors warmth, support, knowledge, hard work and to work together on many projects that are useful to the society.
