I am a clinical psychologist trained in EMDR therapy with 5 years of experience in humanitarian, private and emergency settings. Experience in working with adolescents and adults with PTSD and abuse, anxiety, mood and personality disorders as well as self-confidence and other issues.

Working in different fields has allowed me to work closely with a variety of conditions and helped me realize that the step one needs to improve their psychological well-being can be very simple and easy to follow if the person is allowed the safe space to share their life experiences and discuss their deepest thoughts freely.

I got both my BA and MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Balamand in Lebanon. Currently trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), IE (imaginative exposure) and NET (narrative exposure therapy) therapies. Currently seeking training in Lacanian Psychoanalysis.
